MomCom NYC is always looking to collaborate with partners and brands that resonate with our mission. Past collaborations include:
In partnership with the trendy Mom Meet Ups brand, Mom Crew, together with MomCom, we tailored a very special evening out for moms and their girlfriends enjoying an all-female comedy lineup at the speakeasy bar, The Red Room, above KGB. It was a sold out evening with a waitlist, which means we’ll be hosting another in early 2020!
Non-profit organizations include Fountain House, where Alyce produced and hosted a stand-up comedy show for the members and staff.
Intermix – a “Shop for a Cause” event for Mother’s Day which portion of the proceeds benefitted WIN, a supportive organization that provides safe housing for women and their children and facilitates innovative training to help single parents rebuild their lives.
Collaborated with the inspirational MamaTalks for the first one-of-kind comedy show by moms for moms, aptly titled “Motherhood Gone Funny”. Read more below for details.
In honor of Internationals Women’s Month, Motherhood Gone Funny was inspired as a collaborated effort between two leading industry mama founded platforms, MomCom and Mamatalks. It was such a beautiful, light-hearted, and fun evening in with the inspirational Mamatalks and leading women comedians. Laughter filled the room of mamas and mamas-to-be at @bashparis Nolita, NY. My solid comedians Negin Farsad of TedTalk, Dave Krause of Baby Steps Show, Julie Kottakis of Madge the Vadge from Scary Mommy and Latice Klapa of Women Comedy Festival. A big thank you to all involved to making this such a magical night for our mommies night out. And a big thank you to all who attended with your energy and light. Photos credit: @amandavonp .
